Sammy and Teeva.....How the dream started. German Shepherds are some of the most loyal and loving doggies. Each one is unique and deserving of a loving and safe home. I began fostering and rehoming dogs and started thinking how can this get better. I am hesitant to ask for donations but several people WANT to help out

All dogs will receive individual attention and there will be no "group" interaction. In theory this would be ideal to let dogs play with each other but the insurance company has different thoughts...

Everything here is done by the owner. What this means for you is I can keep the overhead down and offer lower prices. First responders, (police, fire and dispatchers) get a special deal $20 a night for basic care. Nearly everyone else will have a low cost of $25 a night. Space is limited and I will not over extend myself. It isn't fair to the doggies. I wanted to go on vacay last year and was shocked at the pricing. I decided instead of complaining I would come up with a solution....
A $50 deposit is required for all dogs at the time of booking. Cancelled stays or no shows are not refundable. I am offering a limited pickup and dropoff service contact me for information. I hope you reach out if you have any questions.

Lenny was originally named Rock. He came from the hood. E55th and Superior. An older sweet couple had him for protection. Kept him outside, tied with a chain to a metal fence post and his home was the partially opened detached garage. Lenny had not been "inside" a house but learned fast. He has never went potty in the living area but does use the basement to take care of business. Lenny has to be
Lenny will wake me up to let me know he desires to go outside by barking continuously. Annoying but effective. He loves walks, people, car rides and his freedom
Proof that Lenny cannot let me out of his sight. He also sleeps next to or on top of me. Makes me sleep safely with 3 of them nearby.
Nellie came from Southern Ohio. She was rescued at about 18 months old when she was dropped off to be euthanized. I kept her for about 2 years, housetrained her, had her spayed and got her used to being around people and going for car rides. She came from an Amish puppy mill did not even have a name and had not been on grass the way she walked when she felt it the first day.
Lucky came from a home where the owner passed away. Big and beautiful and majestic and full of....fleas. He bonded well with my doggies and was intact. He went to a father with a teenage son and was spoiled with treats and toys and was described as perfect. Everything from his name to his demeanor. I felt lost for a bit but the next puppy was not too far away......Sammy.
Sammy. Love at first sight. Sammy was 16 months old when he was surrendered to me. He was an expensive dog who came from a home with a young couple. They had a baby and decided to give up Sammy. He came with top notch toys, a beautiful collar and matching leash and we immediately bonded. I have had him 6 years and he has been the best dog. A leader, protector, guardian, and loyal dog.
